tired again
feeding my baby again. so sorry for the no caps. i am so tired. after my food poisoning last night, plus waking up to feed my little guy. it can get tough sometimes. and no matter how much my husband tries to help take care of the baby, it still seems like i'm the one raising him. i suppose i am, and i feel selfish sometimes for asking him to help because he's been working hard all day. i'll be talking about how i don't get a break, and he'll chime in that he doesn't get a break at all because he works all day and then comes home and helps. so it makes it so i don't want to ask him for help so he doesn't think i'm being selfish. i'd really like to not have to ask him to help, for it to come natural to him to be like, "oh, the baby pooped, i should change his diaper" but 85 % of the time i have to ask him to change it. or to help me get the baby to stop crying, etc. i'm not the nagging kind of wife, so i don't want to bother him with it. even at night. if he could wake up and rock the baby if he's fussy, i'll try my best not to wake him and ask him to help so he can sleep for work. but it would be nice to sometimes get more than a couple hous of sleep in a row. |
